Personnel Committee
Reviews grievances and acts as bargaining agent for County with County employees subject to collective bargaining. Oversees the administration of personnel policies and procedures, including all forms of compensation, classification, employment, and termination of County employees. Reviews with the Finance Committee the Administrator’s proposed annual budget policy. Reviews and approves group insurance coverage and reviews worker’s compensation coverage in conjunction with the Finance Committee. Oversees and is responsible for Personnel, Corporation Counsel, and Veterans Services.
