Election Information
The County Clerk’s Office provides election totals for county, state, and federal elections on election night and maintains numerous election records on file. The County Clerk also advises municipal clerks on procedures for conducting a canvass, recounts, and recall elections. We also maintain the current Wisconsin Election Commission Forms and Ballot Access Instruction Manual.

2022 County Supervisor or County Executive Packet
This packet includes the required forms that must be completed and filed on time by a candidate for the office of County Supervisor or County Executive in order for the candidate’s name to be placed on the ballot at the Spring Primary and the Spring Election.
2022 Multi-Jursidicational Judge Candidate Packet
This packet includes the required forms that must be completed and filed on time by the candidates for Municipal Judge serving more than one municipality in order for the candidate’s name to be placed on the ballot at the Spring Primary and the Spring Election.

Candidates may circulate and file nomination papers between April 15, 2022 and June 1, 2022.
To gain ballot access the candidate must file with the County Clerk the completed forms by June 1, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
