The mission of the Public Works Department is to provide operationally adequate and efficient working space in all facilities under the jurisdiction of the Public Works Department, to provide an effective and environmentally sound solid waste management system and recycling program for residents of Manitowoc County, and to maintain and manage Manitowoc County’s Public Safety Radio Infrastructure.
