Child Support

The mission of the Manitowoc County Child Support Agency is to administer Title IV-D of the Federal Social Security Act in order to maximize the well being of children and families dependent upon parental support. We do this by providing professional services to locate parents, establish paternity and establish and enforce orders for financial and medical support. We dedicate ourselves in a team effort to provide services in a respectful manner that is compliant with all State and Federal laws, regulations and policies.

As of October 1, 2026, Manitowoc County will be unable to accept cash payments.  Payers can still bring in checks & money orders for payments, that our local Agency will forward to the WI SCTF.  Payers are also able to make debit/credit card payments in office or by calling us at 920-683-4066 and pressing “0” for the operator.  **Please note that credit/debit card payments are subject to a 3% fee.
