Human Services Board
The Manitowoc County Human Services Board is comprised of 6 county board members and 3 citizen members. The members are appointed by the County Executive. The Human Services Board is an oversight and policy-making body determining broad outlines and principles governing the administration of programs. The HSD Board meets on the fourth Thursday of each month. The Board also conducts a Public Hearing each year in August to obtain citizen input into the next annual budget.
