Manitowoc County Library Services Advisory Committee
The Manitowoc County Library Services Advisory Committee meets annually to review: the need for the development of minimum standards for public libraries in the County; issues regarding implementation of the Plan (including the annual budget request to the County for reimbursement to public libraries for service to Manitowoc County residents, based on the formula specified in the Plan); any other issues affecting the provision of library service to all County residents.
