Apartment Complexes

The ADRC of the Lakeshore has compiled lists of subsidized and independent apartment complexes/buildings that are owned and operated by companies. We do not have a list of any privately-owned/individual apartments or duplexes that may be found for rent throughout Kewaunee and Manitowoc County.

Subsidized Housing

In Subsidized Housing units, rent is based on about 30% of income for families, elderly, or persons with disabilities.

HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM (SECTION 8)
Financial assistance for those renting and needing assistance paying rent. Income and family size guidelines apply. There is a wait list. Call for more information.
