Premise ID – Animal ID Check-In Form (PDF) Exhibitors bringing animals to the county fair must follow the Animal ID Check In rules. Please review the Animal ID Check In explanation and examples of the form, and complete the Animal ID Check In Form. Failure to comply may result in your animal not being allowed on the fairgrounds during the week of the fair.
