Final Uncontested Divorce Hearing
If all issues are agreed to by both parties, a final uncontested divorce hearing can be scheduled with Family Court.
After the forms listed below have been completed and filed with the Court, call Family Court at (920) 683-4493 and inform them that this has been done. Provide Family Court with your court case number, name, and phone number. The documents will be reviewed and either a Status Conference or a final uncontested divorce hearing will be scheduled. You will be notified in writing of your court date.
