Milling and paving to begin 4/29, road will be open to local traffic only.

US 10
Reedsville – Whitelaw
Manitowoc County
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is starting the construction of new passing lanes on US 10. Construction is anticipated to start In Early May and continue till September. Please feel free to visit the project website for more information.
Improvements include:
- Rock Excavation/G rading for new passing lanes
- New Asphalt Passing Lanes
- New pavement marking
Anticipated traffic impacts: There will be lane closures, with automated traffic signals.

CTH R/ Waldo Boulevard to CTH P Road Reconstruction Project
The reconstruction of CTH R from Waldo Boulevard to CTH P is scheduled to start during the week of March 11th, 2024. The project scope consists of grading, base aggregate, concrete pavement, storm sewer, culvert pipe, asphaltic surface, curb and gutter, signing, landscaping and pavement marking. Traffic thru the project will only be allow going Southbound in a single lane configuration while Northbound traffic will be detoured at the Waldo Boulevard intersection west to I-43 north to STH 310 east to CTH R. Two-way traffic will be maintained from Waldo Boulevard to Wildwood for access to Manitowoc Lutheran High School until the school year is finished.
CTH P will also be closed at the intersection of CTH P and CTH R during a portion of the project.
Businesses and residences will be contacted 24 hours in advance of any interruption of driveway access. The project is expected to be complete by the end of August 2024.
