Please visit the Release of Information Request page to complete and submit the form for this information.

All questions and applications for concealed carry must be directed to the Wisconsin Department of Justice.

Court ordered DNA, fingerprints and pictures are taken:

Wednesday between 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 am – 8:00 pm

If you are needing fingerprints for other personal reasons, you must provide the print card.  They will be completed during the above times as well.
