Crime Stoppers
The Manitowoc County Crime Stoppers Program is a citizen/police cooperative program designed to assist in the fight against crime. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who call the program with information leading to the solution of major crimes or the capture of wanted persons.
All law enforcement agencies including the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office, Manitowoc Police Department, Two Rivers Police Department, Cleveland Police Department, Kiel Police Department, Mishicot Police Department, Reedsville Police Department and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources are working cooperatively with Manitowoc County Crime Stoppers. You can submit tips by calling 920-683-4466 or online, both are monitored 24/7 and relayed to investigators. Tipsters can report information about crimes anonymously and securely. Further, they can communicate with law enforcement and receive updates about their tip. They give each caller a code number that is used in all subsequent transactions, thus assuring anonymity. If the information leads to the arrest of a suspect, the caller is eligible for a reward. Rewards are paid out in cash, again assuring the complete anonymity of the caller.
This program should not be used for incidents that need an immediate response, please call 911 for emergency situations.
