The following table shows call statistics from the Joint Dispatch Center (JDC). Calls for service are any type of emergency or non-emergency response dispatched by the JDC, including all police, fire, and emergency medical service incidents. Non-emergency calls incoming include all calls to the non-emergency lines for the City of Kiel, City of Manitowoc, City of Two Rivers, and Sheriff’s Office answered by the JDC. Non-emergency calls outgoing include calls placed by JDC staff to external agencies or residents of Manitowoc County.
