Intoxicated Driver Program
The Intoxicated Driver Program offers an assessment and driver safety plan required to residents. Completion of the driver safety plan is required to have driving privileges restored.
Intoxicated drivers, boaters, snowmobile users, all-terrain vehicle users, and possessors of certain controlled substances (cocaine, heroin, lysergic acid diethylamide, phencyclidine, amphetamine, methamphetamine, psilocin, or psilocybin), may be referred to the Intoxicated Driver Program by court order.
Assessment Charge:
- $250 Assessment Fee
- $150 Failed Appointment
- $50 Extension Fee
- $50 Amendment Fee
