Drug Court
Drug Courts are a multi-phase program designed to assist in breaking the cycle of addiction and crime.
- Our Mission: The mission of the Manitowoc County Drug Court Program (MCDCP) is to enhance public safety through the partnership of all of those involved in the criminal justice process by creating a community system of accountability and rehabilitation. The utilization of coordinated and comprehensive approaches will result in behavioral change and break the cycle of drug addiction. Evidence based practices will be used to promote effective treatment approaches delivered in a culturally competent, strength based, and trauma informed manner.
Court is held on Wednesdays from 9:00-10:00am in Branch 4 and it is open to the public.
