Wisconsin Support Collections Trust Fund network issue

Important: As of 1/13/25, the Wisconsin Support Collections Trust Fund is experiencing a global network issue that is affecting their ability to process payments. The State is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may result in payments being delayed. The Trust Fund reports that their call line continues to be operational. We will update this information when the issue is resolved.

The mission of the Manitowoc County Child Support Agency is to administer Title IV-D of the Federal Social Security Act in order to maximize the well being of children and families dependent upon parental support. We do this by providing professional services to locate parents, establish paternity and establish and enforce orders for financial and medical support. We dedicate ourselves in a team effort to provide services in a respectful manner that is compliant with all State and Federal laws, regulations and policies.
