Accounting:
Maintain accounting and financial reporting capabilities for the County.

Accounts Payable:
Create all checks for the payment of county bills after department authorization.  Central facilitator for 1099 reporting.

Budgeting:
Collect, compile, publish, and maintain County budget in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and laws.

Payroll:
Responsible for the payment of wages and benefits to county employees in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and laws.

Property Insurance:
Administer the County’s property and liability insurance program.

Purchasing:
Administer to the purchasing of general office supplies and equipment.
