The Health Department has a limited supply of rapid home tests. If you are seeking a test because you or someone in your household is experiencing symptoms, please stay outside and call 920-683-4155. We will be happy to bring the tests outside.
People wishing to file a complaint about a COVID-19 testing experience should contact the Department of Health Services (DHS) Office of Inspector General at 877-865-3432 or online. Examples of complaints could include: incorrect results, missing results, fake results, testing quality, testing site cleanliness, insurance billing, inappropriate fees for tests, testing fraud such as fake test kits, and other related topics.
